Planning and
project controls
01
Developing and maintaining schedules
I develop and maintain project schedules with a clear structure, a realistic sequence and sound links between disciplines.
- Schedules from early studies to installation and completion
- Activity structures, coding structures and dependencies
- Coordination of engineering, procurement, fabrication and installation
02
Progress, hours and reporting
A schedule becomes a management tool when it is updated against the work actually completed. I track progress and make deviations and priorities visible.
- Tracking activities, resources and work hours
- Periodic schedule updates and progress reporting
- Reports that support the project’s next priorities
03
Construction and completion
I have experience in both greenfield and brownfield projects, at yards, in process plants and offshore. Planning must account for access, work preparation and interfaces.
- Construction, mechanical completion and commissioning
- Multidisciplinary coordination and site planning
- Preparing offshore work, including materials, personnel and permits
04
Planning leadership and working methods
I have led planning functions and helped introduce new planning tools and working methods. I focus on making the structure work in day-to-day project follow-up.
- Leading and coordinating planning activities
- Planning procedures, reporting and shared working methods
- Introduction of Safran and Microsoft Project-based solutions
