A good plan starts with understanding what needs to be done, who will do it and what must be in place first.
I started as a plateworker at Rosenberg and moved into work preparation, planning, production management and planning leadership. I bring that experience to every project.
I value structure, clear priorities and solutions that people can use in their daily work. My aim is to give project management and the people doing the work a shared view of the way forward.
