Project values refer to publicly announced contracts or investments. Each amount states its scope and year. Foreign currency amounts are converted to Norwegian kroner using the annual average exchange rate for the announcement year and are not adjusted for inflation.

Construction and Completion Planner
Site planning for greenfield and brownfield work. Construction, mechanical completion and commissioning across civil, piping, mechanical, electrical, instrumentation and insulation disciplines.
DolWin 5 · Offshore wind
Engineering and Completion Planning Lead
Responsible for engineering and completion planning for DolWin5 / DolWin epsilon, an EPCIC delivery to TenneT. Aibel held responsibility for the contract within the consortium with Keppel FELS. The project covered engineering and procurement, construction and mechanical completion in Singapore, followed by outfitting, commissioning and offshore installation through Haugesund.

Offshore flowlines and MMO
Planning Specialist
Project planning and reporting for offshore flowline projects and maintenance, modifications and operations (MMO) assignments. The work covered planning and follow-up across several projects.
DolWin 2 · From yard to offshore
Completion Planner / Offshore Coordination Manager
Completion planning at Aibel’s yard in Haugesund before tow-out and offshore installation. Followed by planning and coordination of offshore work, with follow-up of materials, tools, qualified personnel, permits and certificates.
Statfjord and Draupner · MMO
Senior Project Planner
Planning accommodation upgrades on Statfjord A, B and C and Draupner. Several projects from studies to completion, using SAP and ProCoSys.
Production and test facilities
Senior Planning and QA Coordinator
Coordinating facilities and interfaces for maintenance, construction and building extensions, including production and test facilities. Contributed to the introduction of Safran Planner to replace Microsoft Project and to the development of shared working methods in the planning department.
Greater Ekofisk Modifications
Planning Department Lead / Project Area Lead / Project Manager
Leading planning for the prefabrication and installation of flowlines and gas lines. Subsequently managed flowline projects on Ekofisk K, B and A, with a multidisciplinary team of 13 and responsibility for planning prefabrication and installation.
Ormen Lange · Nyhamna
Project Planner
Multidisciplinary planning of the main pipe racks, a scope of approximately 100,000 work hours. Activities covered prefabrication and assembly by subcontractors in Belgium and installation at Nyhamna.
X2000 · Train modernisation
Modernisation of SJ’s X2000 trains in Sweden. ABB’s part of the programme covered upgrades to the trains’ computer, propulsion and control systems. SJ also announced an interior renewal as part of the overall investment.
A practical foundation
My experience began at Rosenberg.
I started as a plateworker and platefitter in 1985. Work preparation and planning followed from 1990, before I moved into project planning and leadership roles.
My background also includes production management at MPM, procurement planning at Kværner Eureka and teaching mechanical subjects at Sauda Upper Secondary School.
